I work with foster and biological families using a systems approach. Meaning that I include the family in therapy, as I need your help to help them!

Parent Intake Session

110 min | $ 225

We will discuss your child’s history, goals, and objectives along with a discharge timeline. This session will be the beginning of the therapeutic process and will be scheduled prior to individual sessions with your child.

Child/Adolescent Family Session

50min / 90 min | $125 / $175

We will engage together in activities that encourage self-expression and exploration. I use therapeutic play techniques and talk therapy to process emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and empowering to them. Building trust with your child/adolescent is a key part of the therapeutic process and usually takes multiple sessions.

Individual

Individual Intake Session

We will discuss your history, goals, and objectives along with a discharge timeline. This session will be the beginning of the therapeutic process where I focus on building connection while providing relief.

Individual Session

50 min | $125

We will collaborate together and discuss what tools and resources you need, what restoration looks like, and how we can get you there.
